Hello Everyone,

 

My company is Breckenridge Technologies and we are new Associate Members of the Guild. We represent DuPont’s line of enzymes used in distilling and brewing. As a few of you know, these enzymes work wonders on complex grains such as rye, wheat, and corn. We also represent a manufacture of 100% Blue Agave nectar. Samples and technical support are readily available on both product lines.

Welcome aboard, JB! I'm looking forward to trying your glucoamylase enzymes in a batch of beer destined to become grain neutral spirits. Thanks for getting on the phone with me and helping me figure out the best process for this.

I hope to see you at one of our quarterly meetings some day.
