TOAST registration open for WA Distilleries

1 post in this topic

Hello WA Distillers,

The following note is from the producers of TOAST--the Oregon Distillers Guild annual spirits showcase. (Apparently they liked what they saw at PROOF and made some changes to their event this year based on their experiences.) Please review the bottle sales rules attached to this email. If you are not already listed in OR to sell bottles, you will not be allowed to participate in the store.

I am very pleased to announce that our 5th Annual TOAST is scheduled (Saturday March 7th) and ready for vendor sign up! With four events under our belt and with seeing what other guilds have done to make their event special, we have made some changes to this year's event. First, we have hired two different companies to help manage the event and promotion - Event Theory and Little Green Pickle. Both are highly recommended in this space and have many successes under their belt. Our venue will be different - it's moved to Left Bank Annex. It will also be one night only (4 pm to 10 pm) and we have increased the ticket price with the anticipation of getting that right crowd who will appreciate our spirits. We will also have local chefs participating and different activities throughout the evening including an after hour party for participating distillers and VIPs (held at Left Bank Annex).

We will have a liquor store on site and allow bottle sales from your table (with approved SED which we will coordinate). Also, if you have a product being released in March - we will help promote that product for you!

What do you need to do? It's easy - go to: 2015 TOAST Vendor Information (Link) and complete the application. All other information is there as well. Event Theory (Lee Perry) will take it from there and invoice accordingly and reserve your spot. He will also request vendor info from you to help promote your distillery in conjunction with the event.

Please don't hesitate to ask any questions to either Lee or myself. Thank you and have a great holiday!
